Cruise Control DBL West Coast IPA - FIRESTONE WALKER BREWING ABV 8%
STOP 2 on our Californian road trip: Firestone walker in Paso Robles. Really showing off a classic array of American hops in this one.Chinook, Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic and Krush Cryo. This beer has been made using Firestone's modern West Coast approach for huge hop aroma and a clean dry finish. ABV 8%
California Dreamin' West Coast Pilsner - ALVARADO STREET BREWERY ABV 5.8%
STOP 3 on our Californian road trip was Alvarado street brewery in Monterey. West Coast Pilsner was the beer style that blew us away the most on our road trip... the way lager lets the New World hops plume out of the glass. This version has Nelson Sauvin, Centennial, Krush and Mosaic hops that stand tall on a Pilsner malt base. ABV 5.8%
Salt in the Van DDH West Coast IPA - HUMBLE SEA BREWING CO ABV 7%
STOP 4 on our californian road trip, was Santa Cruz. This beer is a nod to the modern Double Dry Hopped West Coast IPA.Dry hopped at two different stages with Simcoe, Nectaron, Citra and Krush. This beer is all designed around maximum West Coast drinkability with dry hopping that brings maximum fruit character! ABV 7%
